The moment escrow is funded. Rates are written onto the contract as a snapshot and never change — even if this pricing page changes tomorrow. Mid-contract scope changes re-check the tier only for unfunded milestones.
SayIT Concierge. A Processor personally manages the deal end to end and the fee range is negotiated — 6–8% vendor, 2–3% client. It should feel like having an operator on your side, because it is.
No. The platform absorbs payment-processor costs inside the commission. What you see on the escrow breakdown card is what you pay. The display currency (৳ BDT or $ USD) is a view — the contract itself is always in BDT.
